Gear Grind
I think the best way EA can deal with the gear grind is for players only be able to get gear above level 9 through flash events. You can only use nightsisters for the event and the event is once every three months.

Gear grind keeps the game interesting. I would probably have lost interest by now if the characters were any easier to farm and gear up. The difficulty associated with farming specific gear makes the smaller events with nice gear drops that much better.
State your opinions with actual facts, then expand on them with ideas. Your sarcasm is a wasted effort.
