Gear lvl up
So I've leveled up gear on 2 diff toons since the power update. One to 9 and one to a 10 and it didn't change their power rating. Is that the new way now or is something messed up?

Weird, could try restarting, if not maybe a bug is involved in the new power sysyem...
Its just visual anyway so at least your character although not visually; still gains power.
If you get a Screenshot try posting in Bug section of forums or something.
