I like grievous... but hate his leader ability. It is so generic it is useful, but so generic it doesnt help your allies. I would like if grievous gave +30 speed, +15% offense, and +10% evasion/crit avoidance. The sinister laugh ability doesnt naje much sense as you described it. Does the deathmark only proc if there are defeated enemies? The way it sounds is that it deals damage, which it does not.
I think grievous should have an ability called "Lightsaber Master" where he does bonus damage/ has counter chance/ increased evasion etc; vs lightsaber wielding opponents. Give him extra viability vs jedi, cls, and jtr
