Honestly this is an insanely crazy massive nerf like they could've purely kept the denotion of the new ability being in a genosians own turn but still at 70% TM the only person this effects is Poggle as his basic is the only one that can trigger on basic attack? Poggle himself isn't even useful in a geonosian team most of the time and with this they insure he won't be with such small TM gain, his basic attacks aren't even garunteed to debuff.
