GL needed for Thrawn
I have my Phoenix squad fully modded at GL8. Average power is 10-11K. Is that sufficient for 7* Thrawn?

Yeah, I get that - didn't think I would get him either after my first few tries. Didn't want to spend much on a team I rarely use ( Ezra is good tho) - decided to read up a bit on strategies and then the auto-thing happened. Still 5-6 days to go so I say give it a few more tries - good luck! For reference my PS team sat at 65287 power at the time of completion.
