With CP has login hero and release of BB-8 we will probably need First Order as with R2 we needed empire. Personally I hope this isn't the case I would like to see it with resistance and you have to rescue BB-8 similar to how the movie does it. But I know others will say otherwise

Legendary, unique, whatever are just words. They're factional toons, and CLS just required the "A New Hope" faction. You are right that his unique aspect was his unlocking at 330 shards.
