Good mods RNG unfairness! both events and mod store

You are forcing me to farm 2 stupid useless toons just to get ray jedi so i wont get KICKED out of my guild. and i cant of course farm mods so what i do? i buy them every day from mod store. and what ...

no all mods no matter the source follow the same path for both the original stats and any upgrades.
