Got the update but still no temple guard DC

I got the update just now where the dc was filled out and given to me with an apology but is not in my datacron section.

Fix did not changed anything. I had this fdc at lv3 and after fix I still have it at lv3. No change at all. When do you fix it correctly? Ally code 765-461-877
