Grand Admiral Rae Sloane Fankit
So, I recently heard about Rae Sloane, and I am honestly deeply surprised how she's never mentioned outside of the most hardcore lore discussions. She was one of the most pivotal figures in the Empire and the First Order's founding, as she has stopped an Assassination attempt on Palpatine which otherwise would have succeeded, and kept the Imperial Loyalists intact in order to later found the First Order with General Hux's dad.
So in light of that, I was hoping to shed a little honor to this downright legend who could stand on par with Thrawn in terms of intellect, and made a Kit devoted to her.
I hope you liked the read, and please do leave me a small comment on how you think this Kit came out. I haven't made many kits in a good while and fear that I have become a bit rusty, so feedback is very appreciated and sought out.

Grand Admiral Rae Sloane
Roles: Dark Side, Empire, Support, Leader
Description: Powerful Imperial Leader who coordinates ally Turnmeter and Turn Orders.
(Basic) Cunning Trick
Deal Damage to target enemy and grant them 3% Turnmeter, but reduce their critical damage by -5% until the end of their next turn. If this Ability is used out of turn, attack again. If this Ability critically hits, double the Critical Damage reduction.
(Special) Poor Man's Folly (3 turn CD)
Rae Sloane and target ally switch Turnmeter. Then, all other Allies gain 15% Turnmeter, doubled for Empire allies. Target Enemy is inflicted with Folly until the end of the Encounter or until another enemy is inflicted with it.
Folly: Cannot critically hit or attack out of turn. If they use a special Ability during their turn, all enemies lose 5% Turnmeter and the ally with the lowest Turnmeter gains the amount of Turnmeter stripped from all enemies. Turnmeter reduction and turnmeter gain through this effect cannot be resisted or prevented. Rae Sloane has +100% Counterchance against enemies with "Folly".
(Special) Test of Loyalty (5 turn CD)
Dispel all buffs on all enemies and cleanse all debuffs on all allies. Target Ally gains Marked for 2 turns and gains a new Ability "Proof of Loyalty", which can only be used once while Marked is still active. Then, all Empire Allies recover 25% Health and Protection.
Proof of Loyalty: Deal +100% Damage on your next damaging Ability and gain a Bonus Turn. If an enemy is defeated during this Bonus Turn, Marked is cleansed and Offense is increased by 25% until the end of the encounter. If no enemy is defeated, this unit will be Stunned for 1 turn which cannot be copied, resisted or cleansed.
(Leader) Superior Tactical Analysis
If at the beginning of the Encounter all allies are Empire, begin the Battle with +30% Turnmeter which cannot be prevented by any means, and all Empire Allies have +50% Potency, Tenacity and Defence.
Whenever an Empire Ally inflicts a Debuff during his turn, they gain 3% Turnmeter per Debuff on any enemy. For each Debuff on an Enemy during their turn, Empire Allies recover 2% Health and Protection. If an enemy has a Buff, they cannot recover health.

(Unique) Pride of the Circle of 12
If an ally Thrawn is active, Rae Sloane will be called to assist whenever Thrawn damages an enemy.
While Rae Sloane is active, Empire Allies are immune to Daze and Rae Sloane cannot be feared or stunned. If Rae Sloane suffers lethal Damage for the first time, she is immediately revived, her cooldowns are reset, she takes a Bonus and the next Ally targeted by "Test of Loyalty" will have all their cooldowns reset. However, she loses her Immunity to Stun and Fear after her Bonus Turn.
