Grand Arena Battle freeze upon loading

Had a very frustrating game freeze/crash situation happen today. I have conducted all of the tips for Android users to attempt to stop this from happening. Game crashed when loading a battle, so I lost the team, (GL Luke), lost the battle and lost the round. Additionally got dropped down one Challenge level as well for added insult to injury. The freeze has happened before and I have reported the instances, but this one really was bad. PLEASE HELP!
