You want them to write code that analyzes each players toons? Very doubtful. Even if possible, players who made poor gear choices don't get penalized and players who make good gear choices do get penalized. I've been telling my guild members for a long time not to artificially raise their GP with moderate junk. I thought everyone knew that.
