Yeah I have been watching it myself. He does do it but its very very rare. I saw it twice in p2 of the sith raid the other day. Its possible it was 2 basics back to back but Im 99% sure it was a triple tap. Have NEVER seen a quad though and they said it was theoretically possible in podcast.
His rework has made him really good. I frequently get 2 20k+ hits from him and mine is only g8. I have him modded for 216% crit damage though.
