Guest Account Recovery

Hello,

I'm having an issue getting my game data onto a new iPad. Previous iPad is not accessible as of right now. It's in the repair shop and not sure if I'll be able to access it again. On the new iPad I have linked my Apple ID and Game Center ID, but the game data that loads is not mine. I'm afraid I did not back it up properly on Game Center or FB Connect. I have my Ally code, but I do not have my player ID. Can anybody please assist me with this? I've scoured the Interweb and forums with little success of my exact situation. I've also submitted multiple cases to EA/CG, but I cannot get the "callback" feature to work. The link says it's expired or has been used already. I know I need to talk with them to have any chance. Maybe someone on here can point me in the right direction?

Help me my fellow heroes, you're my only hope...

    U have to bug ea help repeatedly until someone who finally knows what to do comes along. Good luck.
  • Yeah well, I was hoping that posting on their own forums would make it easier to get ahold of them, but no luck so far. Their e-mail support system is not working for me at all. Guess I'll just have to accept almost 4 years of playing is down the drain...
