Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

I know I don't have the personal guild bank contribution achievement in daily activities, but I just changed guilds yesterday, so not sure if it's related

I've started tracking my guild's currency and all of the individual contributions every few hours. Our guild just had 5 people each earn 600 raid currency that was not counted toward our guild's total. Over the past 2-3 days I would guess that we've lost somewhere around 30-40k in raid currency.

We are ALWAYS able to do a heroic raid every 2 days like clockwork. We started with about a 40k buffer so we usually have around 100k when we start the raid and 40k when we finish even if a few guild members come up a little short on their personal contributions now and then.

We should have been able to start a Heroic raid today, but instead of our normal 100k in the bank we only had about 40k. And we don't have any guild hoppers or currency famers, so we're not violating any of the new rules.

Something is clearly wrong with the raid currency system.

We're at least 30k behind over the last couple of days. In fact, the deficit may be over 60k by now. We are able to run Heroics every two days like clockwork. We started with about a 40k buffer, so we typically start raids with around 100k in the bank.

Today was our day to start another Heroic but we couldn't b/c we only had around 40k in the bank. We generate close to 30k per day and don't have guild hoppers or currency farmers, so we should have been back around 100k.

After we discovered this I started logging our guild's raid currency and our individual contributions as reported on the management page. In the last few hours alone I've seen at least 3000 raid currency show up on the management page that has not been added to our guild's total.

Also having problems here - PadajuansPH. We're stuck at 54k coins and we haven't been able to run our usual T6 raid in two days. Normally we accumulate enough to run it every other day.

Same here. No coins in the bank for 24 hrs.. But seems to be dribbling in now... With 4/50 claimed so far in the last 8 hrs or so

Lost more Guild coins this morning.

Because of the limitations of the Max 30k, are we to kick players that are not in the leaders timezone?

This alone could easily kill the game. Gear was changed so it will be obtainable from Raids. We were raiding every 2 days and now looks like every 3.

The 30k Max needs to be lifted until it has been fully tested and you find a way that dont effect Guilds being legit.

I dont mind giving time for the Devs to fix this and compensate everyone but each day this passes the more and more Guilds and Raids effected. We have lost 25k already

My guild has the same problem. I read about problem with receiving rewards from the raid. Is this a way to prevent guilds to run raid, because they will not receive rewards ?

Sadly i didnt keep track of the exact numbers, but on saturday we got like almost zero guild coins, yesterday it have been about 25k so i thought its working again.. and today we only got 9k. Something is really fishy... overall we are about 50k coins behind than what we usually had. And we have zero guild hoppers, alts, etc. Just a regular guild.

IMO here's a guide peg for compensation that would be helpful in mending fences here after this colossal gaffe -- anything short of the following will be an unacceptable compensation:

-each guild receives:

120,000 coins

-each guild member receives:

a full Furnace, and a full Droid Caller

25 Han shards

3,000 guild bank coins

500k Credits

1,000 Crystals

i know, i know... don't hold my breath...

In our guild about 80-90% are in the same time zone as our leader so i think this is not the problem..

btw we are also european
