@EA_Jesse , we just had a guild reset and the guild coins didn't go up.
Its been like this since the update.
Guild Name: Might of Men (UTC+1)
Player Name: Rafael (548-563-965)
Seems like the coins are showing up individually on our members list, but not being added to our guild bank.
Thats because coins go in when each individual member logs in after midnight (when their daily activities reset) It has nothing to do with the timezone of the guild creator or 6:30pm or whatever. I've been tracking this for the last 2 hours in my guild cuz most of my guildmates hit midnight 2 hours ago. The currency is has been changing constantly and has now added up to about 20k.
The way @EA_Jesse worded it makes it seem like they should be coming after the guild reset. This was on his message:
"Also, please note the following: Guild Bank Coins (the diamond slab icon with a coin on it) are tied to the schedule of the guild activities. 6:30pm at the Guild Leader’s time is when they reset and are delivered. This reset time never changes even if the Guild Leader does, its permanently set when the Guild is created.""Ace97302;509601" wrote:

At 1 am (european time GTM+1) after the first login the days 25 and 27 there was not deposits of almost all the members of the guild (looks above the 2 example Player ID) , so for 2 days our Guild Bank Coins was stuck in the total and absolutely no increase in values
So tomorrow 29 June after the reset at 1 am (european time GTM+1) it will be again the same problem, as is easy to get because of overlap of the 2 reset we deposit into the Guild Bank Coins a day yes and a day not.
So if the team want check and understand the problem have just to looks at us tomorrow :open_mouth:

This is basically what we're experiencing as well. None of our player's individual contributions were added to our guild's bank on 6/25 or 65/27 with one small exception. Our very first player to record an individual contribution for the day (due to his time zone), had his contributions count , likely because the guild was a little under 30,000 credits the prior day.
But it's quite apparent that the 30k cap is applying over a two day window for us. The first was Friday to Saturday (contributions on Friday counted; those on Saturday did not), and then Sunday to Monday (Sunday counted; Monday did not). Now we've started a new cycle and we're getting credit, for now...
By the way, I can provide screenshots of key milestones and a spreadsheet tracking individual contributions vs. the guild's bank if EA is interested.
I can provide data and screen shots too, if you all need it.- By chance is there going to be a fix on this guild issue today ?

Hey Everyone,
Our QA team has been looking into this and has been working directly with our server engineers to figure out what might be going on here. It looks like some guilds just had a day or 2 where this messed up after we made changes to the Guild Bank Currency cap, but others are still having issues.
Also, please note the following: Guild Bank Coins (the diamond slab icon with a coin on it) are tied to the schedule of the guild activities. 6:30pm at the Guild Leader’s time is when they reset and are delivered. This reset time never changes even if the Guild Leader does, its permanently set when the Guild is created.
Now, after reading through these comments it appears that some Guilds are still having issues days later, and that is what we're investigating. To help out our server engineers and so that they can more closely look at your Guild, what I could use from you is your Guild name and the name of at least one player that isn't having their contributions counted. With this, we can look exactly where the problems are being reported.
We'll continue working on this more today and with the information you all supply hopefully we can find out exactly what's going on.
Thanks.

50% of our raid currency is still being lost due to an error in the new currency cap. Here are our updated findings proving that the bug has not been fixed. @EA_Jesse, I hope this helps your dev team figure out what the problem is.
Our guild's time zone is GMT (UK), and our guild leader's time zone is PST+1 (account created during PDT).
We are only able to bank raid coins every other day, as noted in my prior comment. And the day here is defined by each player's local game time, not the guild's timezone or the leader's timezone.
We were capped at 30,000 raid coins for Friday (6/24) and Saturday (6/25) combined. We banked the first 30,000 that came in, which worked out to just under 30,000 on Friday due to a few players missing their maximum personal contribution, followed by a little first thing on Saturday. After that, the remaining ~30k credits were lost. In other words, over two days, instead of being allowed to bank ~60,000 raid coins we were only allowed to bank exactly 30,000.
We were then capped at 30,000 raid coins for Sunday (6/26) and Monday (6/27) combined. Once again, everything worked fine on Sunday. We banked just under 30,000 raid coins that day due to a few people once again slightly missing their personal contribution limit of 600 raid coins. The first guild contribution on Monday partially counted, taking us to 30,000 and then everything else on Monday was lost. There was also an additional bug where our guild members in Europe spent well over 600 energy on Monday but the guild management "Coins (Weekly)" screen said they didn't generate any guild currency. For every other player the management screen showed them generating the full 600 raid coins even though those coins were not credited to the guild's bank.
On Tuesday (6/28) our entire guild was once again able to bank all of the raid currency they generated. We fell short of 30,000 by 162 coins. We just had our first player bank coins for Wednesday (6/29) (he lives in Europe where it just passed midnight). He generated 600 raid coins, but only 162 were added to our guild's bank, which shows that we're still being capped at exactly 30,000 every two days.
Summary: we are losing 50% of our guild's raid currency. It is apparent that this is a bug in the anti-guild hopping currency cap implemented last Thursday. By the end of tomorrow we will have lost 90,000 raid coins or the equivalent of one-and-a-half heroic raids, plus all the rewards they generate.
This is a very significant problem that is threatening to force our guild to either quit or disband. With every passing day we fall behind in the race to stay relevant in the arena and other facets of this game. I'm sure the dev team is working on this as we speak, but we would greatly appreciate an update on the status of their efforts.
Please let me know if you would like screen shots, a spreadsheet chronicalling these issues, or if I can answer any other questions.
4:36 PM PST Update: We just had our second European member log in for the first time on Wednesday the 29th. The guild management "Coins (Weekly)" screen shows that he generated 600 more currency, but our guild's raid currency bank did not increase.- The guild-hopping tactic was an extremely minor issue and your solution is punishing WAY more people than what this was intended to prevent (people who are not guild-hoppers). Please roll back your guild-hopping fix. I'm pretty confident that everyone who is affected and currently cannot raid would gladly suffer through whatever hardships the guild-hoppers cause while you resolve this problem. Thank you
- I also can confirm what @Ace97302 said. Wednesday began and our guild coins are going down the toilet again. Monday we were stuck at 100 coins, tuesday we went up to about 28000 and now after our regulary reset (1am CET which is our guild leader main reset timer) we are stuck again at 30100. This will be the same for the next 22.5 hours, although we have several people logging in who have coins which should contribute to our guild bank.
Overall we are also 90000 coins behind at the end of this day... this is outrageous. - Yes, still having issues, I refuse to spend anymore money on a game I can't even play correctly.
