I was hoping you would be interested in our guild but I feel like we meet everything but the level of competitiveness you are looking for. We are currently around 180 mil ish. So we have not done ROTE.
However, one of you can take over the leadership role in your current guild and just grow the it, that would be my recommendation. I feel like it would be difficult to find a competitive guild that could easily make space for 25 people.
