Guild Recruiting

Guild or alliance recruiters are able to post their guild advertisement in here.

Read the 'Ground Rules' and 'Things to include' sections before posting!

Ground rules:

  1. Guild and Alliance recruitment posts only!  Please don't reply in the thread to advertisements. If you see a guild/alliance you'd like to connect with, the best way to get in touch with them is through the contact method they'll share in their post.
  2. Keep recruitment to this thread: Spamming other areas of the forum with your guild ads is a no-go. Let's use this space.
  3. Be considerate when posting your ads. We're happy if you'd like to post your ad a few times but keep in mind flooding the thread and thread bumping is not okay. It's important to be considerate of other guilds so please keep these in mind
    • Allow a minimum of 5 posts + 24 hours to pass before you share another recruitment post from the same guild.
    • If 24hrs has passed since your last post but there hasn't been 5 other guild posts, please don't bump the thread. Instead...
    • ...if you have new information to add and would like to post an updated ad version, please edit your last post and include the new details. 
      Note: Alliance recruiters are good to post an ad for each of their guilds and their alliance in general.

Heads up: Posts that aren't inline with the thread and forum rules will be removed and a CM will be in touch so do keep this ground rules in mind. Now onto the ads themselves. 😃

Things to include:

There's some information that are 'need to know's and some that are 'nice to have's. As long as you've the needed parts covered, go for it.

Need to know

  • Name guild + GP
  • Discord server link (Third-party chat servers/channels only. No personal contact information, such as chat IDs or email addresses)
  • What's your focus (f.e. TW or GeoTB)
  • What does your guild has to offer
  • What are you looking for? (3 players? Friendly people?, etc)
  • Minimal specifics your potential recruits must have

Nice to have:

  • Recruitment banner (not mandatory but if you have one, go for it)
  • What type of guild (Causal/Active/Elite)
  • How long? (If you're open infinitely or have a 2 month recruitment window)
  • Any other tidbits you'd like (within the rules). Have fun with it

    That's no moon! Yes it is, it's rori! Riddled with dense swamps and forests, Rori doesn't seem a very hospitable place. But those who know Rori, know that isn't true. In fact, we're a very chill place to be. A tight knit family that always loves to welcome new members. We also put RL on the first place, so don't start to panic if you weren't able to get those daily tickets or can't participate in a TW or TB because you're on vacation and have no internet connection at your disposal. Just give us a message in advance and everything is taken care of.

    I am a member of starwarsturktr guild. We are an ‘open to join’ guild. For quiet some time, we didn’t have anyone joining our guild. I checked the guild search menu and something seems off. When I go to advanced search option, whatever guild power and number of players I enter, I always receive that no guilds are found for my search criteria. I even entered +1 player, 10k+ power and open to join / invite only options, just to see if I will find any guilds but the result was the same, no guilds are found that match my criteria. The only time I actually found results are when I turned “only ally guilds” option on but funny thing is we do not have any ally guilds and hence we don’t know any of those guilds. 

    ideally, if a player wants to join a guild, they just enter the guild power and player number. If I can’t get any results, then it is most likely that a lot of other players don’t as well and thus no new players for our guild. Could you look into this please?
