Guild suspension
Could you add a feature for guild leader and officers to suspend someone temporarily, like when they violate a rule, as of right now all we can do is kick them out. I think this will would be helpful.

Real easy ask them to suspended themselves from the next raid if they don't boot em TB rewards or not their choice
