Cheating Guild in current TW

Guild has their PMing feature disabled, a 480kgp player took out both our front walls which had 20+ GLs.

I've reported the guild in-game but have heard that responses to it are very scarce.

Sorry if this isn't the right place, I just don't want these types of people ruining the game for others.
