As a guild leader, I agree that it would be great to have this feature fixed. There are workarounds, but it would be really nice to just have the daily ticket counter work properly. I think it would be particularly beneficial to some of the newer guilds who haven't figured out the tricks that more established and competitive guilds use.
Every added task placed on guild officers contributes to burnout. I've seen a lot of good people walk away from the game because it just got to be too much, and stuff like the broken ticket counter doesn't help.
Guilds are the backbone of this game for many players, so anything that strengthens them should also strengthen the game and the community.
