Thanks...she's tried all the usual recommendations. Including uninstalling and reinstalling the app; when she restarts it, she's tried via Game Center, Apple ID, and Facebook, but none of those can locate her original account. Since we have the account still in our guild, it's a fixed target--I'm just hoping someone at CG might be motivated to reach out to her and reestablish the connection.
