Gungan Shield Generator Dodges
If this isn't the dumbest gameplay ever I'm not sure what is. But what is the nature of the shield generator that makes it dodge so much? I can't find it on a tool tip anywhere. Is there a way to mitigate it?

It is dumb. Maybe CG is trying to make "accuracy" a thing again.
