Are the gungans good or are the mechanics just messed up? In GAC, you destroy the shield but lose the battle. You submit the battle. Next battle, they get a new shield? Why? I used new BB. Hunte...

Some characters apply an undispellable Mark (Jedi Knight Revan, for one), while others apply a mark that can be cleansed (Hunter being one of them).
Also, the shield generator is immune to debuffs, so I don't think you did Mark the shield.
