I’m tired of enhancing and getting nothing. If we enhance a mod there shouldn’t even be an option to get 0 or negative in return. It’s just stupid and makes us feel scammed. Whoever invented that sys...

That's working as intended. Any stat can be raised and if the same stat hits, it can go up or down. There are actual broken features they need to fix.
You're just wasting materials trying to upgrade that speed to have more speed.
