Help Changing Time

Well, it's my least-favorite time of year when we set the clocks back. Along with this comes different times for energy refreshes, arena payouts, and such. Currently, I only have 1 time swap remaining for the next 122 days so I want to make sure I get this right. Due to the clock changes, I am getting my 1st energy refresh (cantina, mods, and regular) from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. However, the timeframe during which I want these rewards to be available is 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. This would put the other two refreshes at 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. (fleet and regular) and 9:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. (regular). I do not know how to adjust my time appropriately, and really want to get this right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
