So I beat the Dark Side part easily, but now I'm struggling with the Light.I have G12, triple zetad RevanG12 zetad MissionG12 zetad BastillaG11 zetad JoleeG11 zetad ZaalbarI manage to kill all the captured Jedi, and keep his Dark Rage counter around 13-15, but as soon as I kill the last Jedi he starts doing 1 shot kills even though he hasn't hit 30 Dark Rage counters. And to clarify, I am the one killing the Jedi, he isn't absorbing them. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You actually don't want to kill all the captured jedi. You want to let Malak kill the Tenacity and Crit Immunity ones so that your dudes don't get fear everytime they attack him. You also want to get about 5 stacks of armor shred on him before you go to town.Also he doesn't enrage after you kill the last jedi but he does start using Drain Life which will 1 shot anyone without protection since it deals 100% of your heath as damage.

I used the strategy ahnaldt101 described in his video, I actually was the one to kill the tenacity Jedi but he got crit immunity one. He had about 6 stacks. It was then beat the living crap out of him race. Well timed assists/etc allowed me to keep him under 50% health and finally after about 15-20 attempts, I beat it. And I had a much less team than you (no zaal zeta, mission was g11). Had 4 stacks of armor shred, and was at like 24 stacks when I killed him, so I had wiggle room

If it was easy, you wouldn't have needed a second attempt. Your own story proved that it is not easy, but I am sure that OP would love some advice from someone who beat the event

Yeah i did it the first time without realizing I had forgotten the omega on zalbar's special. Needless to say it dodnt go too well. But it only took me like 4 tries on light and 1st try on dark. Had to remod zalbar for crit chance to make sure the armor shred landed every time but then it was pretty easy.

The higher the better. You want him to take more turns to get more armor shred. But crit chance is just as important since his special only puts the armor shred on if he crits.

I focused on the crit chance first. Only had about +10 to +15 on most mods and a few below that. I did make sure to have a speed arrow though. I went 3 crit chance sets. So nothing crazy on the speed.

I checked 155 total speed and 65% crit chance. So nothing crazy on the speed.

If you don't understand what makes this event difficult, one can only assume that you got through it on your second attempt by sheer luck.

@DarthVeritlyn For reference, I ran Zaalbar at 254sp and 34%cc. For grins I tried to rerun the event with my standard Zaalbar mod set 179sp 34%cc and have not been able to finish LS ... but also not running JKR with the offense loaded set he needs, so yeah. Good luck.

For mine, I struggled until I killed the crit immunity jedi. He got the tenacity one. I did change my mod setup and got it fairly quickly after. I had bastila fastest, with about 240 speed, jolee and zaalbar about 230 , jkr modded with my best offence set, about 240 speed and mission with my best available cd and cc set. Mission and Z g11 and zetaed, others g12. Hope you get him!

Yeah Im just not sure I can get him this time, which really suck since I beat Dark Side so easily. Im not even sure where to get these mods I need for speed
