Help with missing Shards

Hey so I don’t if this is the right place but I’m missing shards from my tier 1 of the JKR event. I have already submitted a support ticket in game over 48 hours ago. They responded once over 24 hours...

If you have tried the in game support and got no where, log a bug report on Answers HQ. They will help you out.
