Hemorrhaging Crystals to UI latency
This has been going on for a while now on the PC client. The problem is, sometimes clicks don't register in the UI in the location where the mouse is actually clicked. This has been documented on video. You click on one item in the store or in shipments, and a completely different item is pulled up because the game thinks you clicked somewhere else.
This has happened to me multiple times over the past several months - at one point, while trying to claim the free bronzium pack I ended up purchasing a gungan surge pack (over 6k crystals). After a week of back and forth with EA support I was able to get those crystals refunded (I had gungans at R7 already for weeks or months when this happened so there was nothing to gain from buying this pack). As a matter of good measure I can't not mention how terrible EA support is for this game - It's reprehensible on a good day, and utterly useless on all other days. Moving on...
In several other instances I've bought character shards that I didn't need accidentally because the UI registered the wrong location for the click when buying the cheap credit purchases in Featured Shipments. Most recently this happened this morning:
I have had Jabba unlocked since a few weeks after he was released. I have no need or desire for 32 Krrsantan shards - but I certainly had plans for those 1280 crystals.
I know for sure I'm not the only person experiencing this. There's been a ticket open on AnswersHQ since October, and in spite of having more replies than almost any other ticket in the "Technical Issues" section it still has not been graced with a reply from CG.
If you've experienced this issue yourself, I would humbly request that you go over to the thread in AnswersHQ and weigh in to help this ticket get more visibility and hopefully be addressed by CG.
The thread is located here:

For the folks that I'm sure are eager to weigh in and say, "that's on you, you had to click 'buy' on purpose" or "well, click slower" - I'd respectfully ask you, please don't - both of these arguments are self evident, but this issue costs people time and crystals and no one should have to walk on eggshells through the screens we see most often in this game. This is a real problem that needs to be addressed and significantly and negatively impacts player experience.
