Very few people in the early game are going to make Hera their first zeta :-) . With the recent changes to shard farming + the journey guide, the first zeta of many players could very well be JKR, Padme, Vader, or DR (all very accessible early teams now). I sure hope you don't think her zeta is "overpowered" compared to those early game zetas. It's a luxury zeta that's been around for a while. By nerfing it, CG has done nothing to unbalance the early game, only lessen the viability of a near 4 year old character.
