Heroic Tank "fake launch"

Did you have auto-launch turned on? Maybe one of the leaders was messing around and accidentally triggered it?

If no one else in the world has seen this, then my guess is one of your officers launched tank by accident, then thought canceling it would get the tickets back. Then didn't want to admit it.

We had this issue with Rancor right after the new raid was put in the game. It autolaunched, took 90k raid tickets, and was ended immediately with no rewards. The odd thing was that the guild text said the raid had been Simmed, which isnt even possible now. Thankfully support gave us our raid tickets back and we made sure autolaunch was turned off.

Yeah cheers we raised a bug report and EA refunded our tokens. Apparently it's a known but rare issue.
