This guy is going to obliterate droids once he hits 76 his basic attack will do 200% damage to droids....

Actually double that. Maul does 100%, doesnt he?
Technically it says double damage on his ability. However, with specific wording 100% could mean double damage... Or just that, 100% damage which means no multiplier. 200% damage would more fit the "double damage".
