Actually, the extra benefits granted to Ezra under Hondo's Unique should also be granted to Aurra Sing.
Without commentary, my revision of Hondo's skill set now looks like this (Note change in max health b/c he gets his longevity from Protection & Protection recovery, not health like most tanks):
