Thank you for listening to us. I know some of us, myself included, got quite heated and said somethings that were out of line. I can't apologize for them, but I know I was out of line and I was chastised and I'll apologize again. You did the right thing by us here, and I personally do not expect any additional compensation, nor will I be pursuing a refund for the packs I bought. Special thanks to RyDiggs for taking the time last night to talk to me privately and assure that this would be looked at (without promising anything, but that was enough for me).
