I think the customer support staff should be reading the forums. It is clear that they missed this post. I was one of those unlucky players who hasn't received their ROLO shards (when the rest of my guild got them). So I sent in a help ticket and eventually got a response that was not only unhelpful, but also contained mis-information:

Hoth Rebel Soldier Territory Battle Requirements - The Star requirement of the Hoth Rebel Soldier in the Special Mission of Territory Battles, the requirement is a 7* version, not 5*. 5* was shown in a preview video and that content wasn't final.

So it appears that the customer support people have not been told about this update to the HRSoldier requirements. And they also haven't helped me get my ROLO shards. A bad showing. @CG_RyDiggs you should really do all you can to ensure that the customer support people have the most up-to-date information.
Territory Battles have been great. This hasn't been. It's a shame.
