How are we supposed to trust anything about new GLs?

The first two GLs had their requirements changed halfway through their announcements, and then - and far worse - after launch, Kylo received three massive buffs while Rey received none, taking the character that was already VASTLY superior in raids and PVP offense up so far that he became better at the ONE thing Rey had going, which was PVP defense, and she has yet to receive a single change to even them back out.

How are we supposed to trust anything CG tells us or make any informed decisions about which of the new GLs to pursue, if either, when they still have not even addressed the balance problems of the first two and we KNOW they can and will pull the rug out from under us after the fact again if it suits them?

    People can use different teams while attacking or on defence. For example in my shard people dont use rey to beat kylo because its a waste of time and tries. People use other combos or mirror match Rey which is lot of easier than to beat kylo. And when they are done, they put Rey back on defense. It also depends at whos payout are you taking that screenshot


    Rey can easily beat SLKR in arena, in fact I prefer SLKR matches as they are faster. Rey mirrors are the worst.

    What you are seeing is the result of shard chat.

    Ok, not just shard chat, but also that Rey can beat Kylo and vice versa.

    Arena screenshots have to take shard chats into account. We have a guy in our shard chat that doesn’t have any GL’s yet, but he gets top 3 finish everyday because we help him, so seeing a DR team in the top 3 of a launch shard doesn’t mean that DR is still meta, just that shard chat is a thing.

    It's completely nonsensical to call me a shill for being happy with my Rey when my gg account proves I'm getting great use out of her (and it doesn't even show LSTB where I'm near the top of the guild leaderboard in waves cleared despite being near the bottom in GP).

    The only place Kylo outpaces her is in hSTR, and the fact that I will be ready for JM Luke despite not spending any money since the hyperdrive bundle came out proves that it doesn't matter to me.

    Please do tell me why I shouldn't be happy with her.

    So you stop spending? May I ask why? Also, we stopped spending at the same time.

    I also have just Rey and actually agree with TVF here *insert shocked face here*


    I haven't planted a flag or anything lol. $100 was a lot for me to spend and it put me in a good place resource-wise. I would consider spending again for a good value if I needed the gear, but I haven't needed to panic-buy anything in quite a while.

    Resistance team is a complete joke compared to fo. Rey users are in a huge disadvantage in GAC because of that. Slkr solo all the raids. Yeah Rey is doing 4/4 in lstb but so my GAS and soon my rebels, no big deal at all and slkr do 4/4 also.

    And CG will do the same for the next GL, one will be more attractive, more people will go on him and the second will be buff few weeks after to force people going to the second after.

    Well did you actually try every other toons compared to the GL ? C'mon be serious. None of them can actually be relevant. Some specific composition can beat some other specific composition. Doesnt mean that the toon (ex darth vader) is relevant in term of overall power.
