I'm terribly sorry to hear about your phone and the issue this has caused on the back-end.
Unfortunately unless your account was tied to the Game Centre or GooglePlay we won't able to retrieve your account. Linking your account to one of the mentioned above allows users to access their account from multiple devices and secure their progress.
The guest account is only bound to your phone and we have no way of gaining access to that.
Please let us know if you need anything else on this.

Hi Roger,
Thank you for this clarification. I've already created a new account and registered it in the game center this time. I reached 26 level in two days, so I guess that experience with my previous account will help me to achieve much better results in the new one

That's great to hear @VJuliaG, I know what you mean I've restarted a few times myself. The first levels are esasier and it seems like your energy is renewed constantly, I think my phone is stuck to my hand at this point 😉
