You shouldn’t waste your time mate. This game is a collapsing mess of a skyscraper. Once proud and tall she’s rigged with explosives and just about ready for the button to be pushed. BOOM RIP SWOGH

Have you tried clicking on the link shown in your screenshot and following the instructions (assuming there are instructions)?

Delete it immediately and don’t look back. This is not the game you’re looking for…

There are a lot of ppl hating on the game right now.
The problem is that the game is in a time of major transition, and it's hitting hardest the ppl who have been in the game longest. It's actually a fine time to be a new player. It's much harder to be someone who has played and loved the game for years.
I recommend you make your own decisions. Haters are going to encourage you to quit, but games are about having fun. Since you're obviously interested, play it for yourself for a bit. As long as you're having fun, keep playing, bc why not?
Eventually you'll hit a bit that's no fun. Often that's temporary. You get to a new plateau in the game and you realize you won't be making progress for a while or you find something in the game and look at the requirements and realize it's going to take a long time to get there. When it gets to that no-fun place, ask yourself if this is just the normal lows between the highs you get when you succeed at something, like a long quest to unlock a powerful character? Or is this something fundamental to the game and you think you won't have fun anymore?
When you can answer yes to the 2nd question, definitely stop playing. If you answer yes to the first question, ask yourself if you can find ways to have fun between major achievements, because the farther you go in the game, the longer you have to wait between major achievements, so you have to learn to set smaller, achievable goals for yourself. If you can't do that, then that is also a reason to quit.
What isn't a reason to quit is the opinion of someone who isn't you. Some ppl like some games and hate others. I like turn-based combat because I have hand pain and can't play fast paced games without hurting myself. Other ppl love fast-paced 1st-person shooters.
This is your game now, and your fun. Don't let others tell you how to play it or when it does (or doesn't) bring the fun. You get to decide that.
May the Force be with you. Always.

Just to add to MasterSeedy's nice and reasonable comment. The major transition is from free-to-play friendly to pay-to-play. I've played for a year (only) and it's going down the toilet with the new update.

Expect to pay 300bucks a month to have any fun after reaching lvl85 and completing light side / dark side / conquest battle trails.
