- Factory reset or an new device is the only option. Afaik the age restriction ist burried deep in the system.
You also can wait a few years. It will automaticly deactivate if you reach the right age  - It’s asinine at the highest levels that EA has no system in place to easily allow for an age change, such as based on Apple App Store and Google Play Store restrictions.
- Best way is to call EA help and they can fix it. You’ll need your player ID for this.
- EA help won't do much good. I did the same on an alt account a few years ago. They won't do anything.
Best to just start over before you get too far. - But how do i start over?

Just go into your setting and clear the data for the app. That should mak ef it start over.- Or if you have access to another device, start a new account and link it to google play. You should then be able to sign into it on your current device.

I don't think that's enough, you will probably have to factory reset your phone/tablet.- But when I factory reset I lose ALL my applications
- And login at a other device also no work
