How do I use the omega mat given by debs?
I've only been playing for a month so forgive my ignorance but how do I use the omega mat given to us by the devs to upgrade a character. Thanks in advance.

Kylo's outrage zeta is 20 / 16 / 40 - even more expensive than phasmas leader so I guess they knew it'd be a popular one :)
