How do I use the omega mat given by debs?
I've only been playing for a month so forgive my ignorance but how do I use the omega mat given to us by the devs to upgrade a character. Thanks in advance.

Was CLS IBAT 20 omegas? I can't remember anymore, but I thought it was. I could be mistaken.
