How do you deal with an extremely uncooperative shard member?

Not much you can do, he doesn't want to play by your rules and he's intitled to do so. Your agreement doesn't mean its his by default. You want him out, you gonna have to do better i'm afraid.

Remember, he's only doing what the game wants him to do... and by the looks of it, its working
