This is a good reason why crystals need to move out of fleet arena as well, it's too easy to troll and grief people to the detriment of enjoying the game. It's not competitive, its the sort of thing that gives you anxiety not knowing if guys like this will snipe you at any hour of the day for the lols. As an individual I'd hit this guy every day on my climb to make it harder for him to hit me during my payout. People say it's within the rules of the game, sure, but so are the consequences. Timing out people after your own payout is just **** behaviour.
