How long to craft g12+ pieces

I posted this in another thread, but thought I'd share here. This is the problem with the rework. The OP likely is finishing outside of the top 10 (and thus, well outside the top 3). Here's the rewards from 2nd in today's HSith from our raid:
The two g12+ salvages (not even the whole piece g12+ drop) are exactly half of the recipe in terms of raid-only gear. That means another finish in the top 3 is all it would take to craft a full g12+ piece. Include the full piece drop and it could start getting close to 1 piece /raid for consistent top 3 finishers.
Now compare that to those finishing in the mid 20s...or tier 6.
CG is on the cusp of ruining the game and trashing guilds in the process. And some of us thought ships 2.0 was bad.
