How to fix the the two most OP toons: CUP and Ugnaught

CUP - Special - "We make the rules down here" - Apply buff immunity to all opposing toons. The enemy that was selected loses all buffs, including any unremovable buffs. This attack ignores all tenacity buffs and stealth buffs.

Ugnaught - Special - "Hardest Worker in the Galaxy" (or "Dirty Deeds") - cleanse debuffs from all allies, including any unremovable debuffs. Select an ally and randomly convert one buff to unremovable. This buff will remain active on ally until end of encounter/event.
