What’s up? I’ve completed Fall Into Oblivion Tier 3... and I haven’t unlocked the achievement... can someone tag a Dev so they can help me get this fixed...

Yeah, sounds like you are looking at the achievement for the Mythic event, not the legendary event. There isn't an achievement for Tier three of the legendary event.
