It'd be a tossup between zPhasma and zVisas. The former waa useful until I zetaed KRU, and I've never been able to find a good niche for visas, she just doesn't have synergy with anyone and she's barely useful in hsith. If we're just talking a zeta, GMY's leader. Boy did that not age well.
