While not an official thing, I like to make characters with OCs, and people from other things, like a what-if. I have an OC who wields an Electrostatic and uses it in his basic. The way I went is a % O-down chance, a very solid debuff, especially with counters, and some TM removal (not stun, but also a great delay.) I also added Lightsaber users can't resist, because countering them is his whole reason for wielding an Electrostaff over another melee weapon.
See, I feel Electrostaffs don't quite qualify to inflict shock, but are more of a suppression type indeed, so keep O-down, perhaps add some TM removal or maybe Daze, and there's some good stuff for using on stunned enemies or counterers.
And... Isn't no buffs, TM gain, or healing all of Shock? The extra dmg is part of Pappy's kit, not the debuff.
And AoE shock's gonna be OP.
First of all, what is OC? And depending on feedback I may change the AOE shock to TM removal and maybe another debuff.
