    Ok, thanks for sharing you've already discussed this with @EA_Gunner. I've caught up on your past posts to get up to speed with things.

    I'm sorry, I know you were hoping for different news but @EA_Gunner is correct here; affected players have already received a make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20. I can only reiterate what he's shared, that if you didn't received a make good, it's likely because your account did not fulfil all requirements. This is not something we can change.

I made some topics about rewards I had to get. The only answer that everything were fixed.

In this topic you can see how problem is fixed...

Then i wrote direct message to EA_Gunner with proves and asked to check accurately. The only answer that everything were fixed.

I am not a fool and do know that the letter with reward i did not get. I do know that it is not the solution.

    @EA_Lanna Thank you!

    I am sure that it is bug that i am not in lists of this players. 1) I hit 85 after June 5th, 2) i did not buy hyperdrive. 3) i do nothing illegal. 

    But understand that you can do nothing.

    @EA_Gunner study how send away players...

        @EA_Gunner 

        I expected that you manually check my heroes and shards, then check when i hit 85 lvl. (i expected support can do this)

        With a help of two this facts understand 2 easy things:

        1) I did not get reward

        2) There no reason why i do not deserve it.

        And send me this letter with shards. 

        I think checking takes you 10 minutes max. 

        And everyone could be with great mood.
