Imperial Shadow Guard

I like it. although, i do not want another toon that does tenacity up. It's the worst buff as it makes debuffs totally useless in the game. And so many toons rely on debfuffs to be even the tiniest bit usable. I'd rather it just be a cleanse and potency up. Or a cleanse, then add foresight and potency up. That would be much more balanced imo. Otherwise, he'd just be Rex 2.0.
