Improve QoL making Executor fights less random

I would highly appreciate when Executor fights gets less random so I need not to loose around 40 minutes of my life for winning 1 fleet battle. Even I am in a lucky position where there is not many movement in the fleet shard, climbing even one time is so massively annoying of the randomness of the fight.

As the crystal income from the fleet arena has an very high impact on progressing, it would be hard to skip that.
